The six million hotel refurbishment scheme will provide 100 bedrooms over four floors incorporating a roof top restaurant. The construction will take on a modular approach consisting of a series of lightweight steel frame structures assembled off-site with minimal waste and excellent sound and thermal qualities. This will reduce on-site build time and promote the use of low-energy, renewable resources and materials.

In order to avoid any repetition with the standard sized windows on the façade, all windows have been randomly allocated so that the overall aesthetics of the elevation are not compromised by the modular approach
