Towards the end of May 2023, Luton Town FC secured promotion to the Premier League, the top division of English football. Their current stadium, Kenilworth Road, has been used by the club since 1905, and had a capacity of 10k spectators. Due to the demands of Premier League’s broadcasting requirements, of which Kenilworth Road did not meet at the time of promotion, the club set up an upgrade project, which included the following brief:
1. New Media Gantry
2. New TV Studio & Broadcasting Facilities
3. New Camera Positions Around the Stadium
4. New Spectator Seating & Players’ Dug-Out on the Bobbers Stand
5. New Floodlighting & MEP
6. Renovation of the Oak Road Stand
7. Additional wheelchair positions and accesses

The project was successfully delivered in a very limited timeframe, three months, during the summer break.
