Whilst at HLW International Rachel Nogueira led this project from the development of the brief to completion. The challenge was to relocate the McGraw Hill Companies from seven sites around London into one building at Canary Wharf. The project budget was £35 million and covered 350,000 sqft at 20 Canada Square. The design was short listed for FX and BCO Awards in 2004.
